Systematic HEPA vacuuming and ESD-safe microfibre wiping at every level — above 1.8m, floor level and below raised floor — with special attention to VESDA pipework, gas suppression, cable management and raised-floor systems.
Thorough cleaning of the entire sub-floor plenum — cable trays, concrete and epoxy surfaces, trench areas and the underside of all raised-floor tiles. Sub-floor contamination is the most common cause of particle-count failures at commissioning.
Independent third-party particle-count testing and reporting to ISO 14644-2, giving your client or commissioning team documented proof that the facility meets ISO 14644 Class 8.
